javascript different highlighting when naming a class method `new`

Tested using latest grammar. new here has the scope keyword.operator.new.js.jsx

This needs lot of code movement between identifying new as construct signature vs method declaration between interface, class, object type etc. There hasnt been upvotes for this so fixing this will be pending on more upvotes
