No ticket: this fork PR establishes the requested Endform comparison baseline.

What & why

Was: The fork had no completed run of the existing product Playwright suite.

Now: An empty commit triggers the unchanged PR gate to establish a reproducible native Playwright baseline.

Where to look

• Existing E2E workflow: CI-local application and native runner.
• Playwright configuration: all Chromium specs, four CI workers, two retries.

None. No source or configuration changes.

• Existing workflow requires the fork repository secret ENTERPRISE_LICENSE_KEY.

Reproducible baseline and setup timing

The workflow completed with a setup failure before starting the application or running Playwright. It is not a completed test baseline and cannot support a speedup claim.

The existing commands remain pnpm test:e2e → playwright test; Chromium, all 134 tests in 49 files, four workers, two CI retries, no shards or filters. Ubuntu-latest GitHub-hosted runner; exact hardware was not measured. Postgres, Valkey, SpiceDB, RustFS, migrations, rate-limit and cache integration checks completed successfully. Browser cache missed. No application or test changes.

Actions initially reported enabled while no workflows were registered; reapplying enabled=true registered the existing workflows. No runner or infrastructure changes were committed.

Endform migration: #2 (draft, stacked on this branch). Both E2E setup jobs completed, but neither ran browser tests.
