WHY are these changes introduced?

Give the app bulk JSON conversions a small shared foundation that can be reviewed separately from each command.

WHAT is this pull request doing?

Add the common bulk-operation and context schemas, explicit JSON projection, diagnostic presenter, and shared input fixtures. Test identifier formats, timestamps, count precision, missing values, and stderr event output in one place.

This layer does not change commands, generated documentation, or public output. The following status, cancellation, and execution PRs connect these helpers to each command.

How to manually test your changes?

This layer has no new CLI behavior. With an app installed on a development store, run pnpm shopify app bulk status --store <store.myshopify.com> and confirm the existing output remains unchanged. Use the following stack layers to try the new JSON flags.
