It would be great to hide all test files from a PR review, and update the line changes. So, similar to minimizing comments, this would minimize test files (a simple regex I would guess for the majority of codebases) and would also help update the line change count. With the advent of AI code, a 500 line change PR is often maybe 20 lines of actual code. This would help cut down the noise to the bare code.
