feat(api): streaming output (stdout/stderr) for specific process via api

can use sse/ws/webtransport. seems sse simplest one. ws obsolete. webtransport seems forward looking, so not sure how eco for that.

not sure if need any binary protocols like grpc (seems overkill).

alternative

• stream logs from files, will lost color info
• i assume cannot consume output by 2 processes at same time? so that PC and my process cannot connect at at same time? also in case of restart, os provided pid will change, so need somehow handle it nice
• can set tty = true, and attach with tty readers, so need somehow to know name of tty first from API, and on connection failure (restart), get new tty (reconnect). Given PC wants to be trully xplat (windows) and may be good to automate reconnects on restart, it would be proper to use some TTYoverHTTP protocol so. it will allow to run PC on remote machine and manage it without SSHing to TTY.

The problem with most of those tools is that processes you want to manage start to think they are logging their output into a file, and that can lead to all sorts of problems: severe lagging, and losing or breaking colored output. Tools can also add vanity information (unneeded timestamps in logs). Overmind was created to fix those problems once and for all.
Overmind uses tmux's control mode to capture process output — so it won't be clipped, delayed, and it won't break colored output;

• logs in API so can dump some data
• there is https://f1bonacc1.github.io/process-compose/cli/process-compose_run/ which in theory can help. so semantic is not clear if to run one process and run other (2 at once), nor clear if that works remote - or only local

All the logs are streamed today to any client with WebSockets.
If there is a need, I can better document the API, but the core functionality is there.
If you run:

process-compose process logs PROC_NAME -f

It will connect (WS) and follow the logs.

so given logs are strings, it could be simpler HTTP SSE (better HTTP integrated, could make start/add process be returing SSE string from start)
